1. Site owner
This site belongs to Alexandra Kozeikina, an artist working independently in Alicante, Spain. Contact address: studio@abeillegallery.com. Abeille Gallery is the trading name under which this activity is presented. Full tax details (Spanish NIF and registered address for notifications) will be published once self-employed registration is completed; until then each sale is handled individually by email and the site takes no automated payment.
2. Purpose of the site
The site presents original paintings available for purchase. Artwork pages show technique, dimensions, an indicative price and an estimated shipping cost. Browsing is free and requires no account. Sending an enquiry creates no obligation to buy: every transaction is confirmed afterwards by email.
3. Intellectual property
All works reproduced on this site were created by Alexandra Kozeikina and are protected under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 on Intellectual Property. Buying a painting transfers ownership of the physical object, not the exploitation rights: reproduction, public communication for commercial purposes and derivative works require the artist’s written permission. The texts, photographs, design and visual identity of the site are protected as well.
4. Use of the site and liability
You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt access to restricted areas and not to interfere with its operation. We aim to keep published information accurate and current, but typographical errors or lags in availability and pricing may occur; where they do, we tell you before confirming any order. We are not responsible for the content of third-party sites linked from here.
5. Personal data and cookies
How personal data is processed and how cookies are used is set out in the Privacy and cookie policy, reachable from the footer. Forms collect only what is needed to answer the enquiry.
6. Applicable law
Relations arising from use of this site are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute with a consumer, the competent court is the one at the consumer’s place of residence, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
