Terms of sale
How availability is confirmed, payment is agreed and delivery is arranged.

Enquiry and confirmation
Save the artworks you are interested in and send me an enquiry. Before you buy, I will confirm availability, presentation and purchase terms. Sending an enquiry creates no obligation to buy.
Price and shipping
Artwork prices are shown in euros. Shipping calculations are estimates; I will confirm the total before payment. Shipping is free on orders of €250 or more.
Payment and delivery
Payment method, packing, dispatch date and delivery time are agreed personally before the purchase is confirmed. The artwork is sent from Spain.
Special tax destinations
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have special tax rules. Deliveries there or outside the EU may require formalities and local taxes. I will confirm delivery terms before payment.
Withdrawal
For consumer sales subject to a right of withdrawal, you have fourteen calendar days from receipt. Notify me at studio@abeillegallery.com. You pay return shipping where you were informed of this before purchase.
Return and refund
Pack the artwork securely for return; keeping the packaging is recommended. A refund is due within fourteen days of notice and may be withheld until the work or evidence of return arrives, whichever comes first. Standard delivery is included. Excessive handling may cause a reduction in value.
Delivery damage
If an artwork arrives damaged, keep the packaging where possible and send me photographs of the parcel and the artwork so I can review what happened.
